I have been using this foot massager mat for more than a week and honestly it's on my daily routing. I use my computer for at least 6 hours a day. Having this mat massaging my foot while working is really good relieving stress. It has multiple modes and 19 intensity levels. My favorite model is 2. and i usually do around 8 in the intensity level.
I think it would be better if they add a system to smooth the switching of intensity levels. Because each time i click i feel a good difference even tho there is 19 levels!
Otherwise this mat is a really good stress reliever specially for people that sits for long periods.
