Refund policy
You have a 2 hour window to cancel your online order once your transaction has been paid. There are no exceptions to this and includes every product available on our website.
All products have limited availability at all times due to production constraints and commitments and therefore we don’t refund orders once they have passed this cancellation window.
Returns on Machines:
There is a 30-day return policy for capital equipment such as Red Light Therapy Panels, Electromagnetic and Shockwave Machines, Lasers and Massage Beds, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item does not work as expected as a result of manufacturer error only.
This is the only accepted condition for returns of equipment. All equipment is covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
There are no returns accepted if the customer “changes their mind” or has “buyers remorse” once an order has been paid, completed and shipped .
All equipment is tested before it ships and videos and images of the testing are provided from our quality control department are emailed or sent via text to the customer before the order ships to guarantee they are receiving the equipment in perfect working condition before they receive it.
Returns are not accepted under any circumstances for “wearables” such as Belts, Slippers, Mats, Gloves, Hats, Sleeping Bags, Wraps etc.
To start a return if the equipment you received doesn’t operate as expected, you can contact us at Juvawave@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like red light therapy wraps, mats, belts, hats, slippers and special orders or personalized items and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
No refunds are allowed under any circumstances once an order has been shipped. We work hard to guarantee your order will arrive 100% to your satisfaction. If your order doesn’t perform as expected and is covered under the original warranty period, we will be more than happy to troubleshoot the issue and offer a replacement.
