Love love love this little “mini me” Red Light Therapy Bit! I use it when I hit the gym 3 times a week and put it on a different part of my body I want to focus on. One day I use it on my arms(one set with the right and one with the left) next workout on my legs, last workout on my shoulders, and I use it after I get home for recovery, relaxation and I even notice it helps me sleep better which is so important for recovery and muscle building. It’s truly a game changer and you really can’t just take my word for it but you need to get one yourself and see what I’m talking about. Almost forgot to mention, it’s super simple right out of the box to use and comes with everything you need to get going!
This is absolutely my favorite red light therapy device. I’ve tried a few. It is very comfortable, easy to program, and easy to charge… and you can store it and charge it (in the original box) at the same time. Also, it holds the charge nicely. The heat is soothing, you can walk around while wearing it, and it talks -giving you updates on time and modes!! Best of all it seems to really be helping!!

I’m an elementary school teacher for the past 25 years and after standing on my feet all day teaching 35 kids, my feet are in agony. I have plantar fasciitis and before I bought the JuvaBox, I would just soak my feet in epsom salt and rub bio freeze on them to try and relax away the tension and relieve the pain. It was a messy experience to say the least plus I couldn’t take that to school. With the JuvaBox, I simply unfold and fold it anywhere I want and lately I’ve been keeping it right under my desk and slipping my pumps off and just slipping my feet in for 20 minutes and I’m good for the rest of the day. I was looking for a long time for a machine for my home to firm my butt like the emsculpt one that is available but didn’t want to go to a doctor to have them use a machine that was probably used on dozens of other peoples butts. Love Microneedling RF!! I have struggled with moderate acne scarring for almost 15 years. I have done numerous peels, various lasers, microdermabrasion, used Retin-A and sadly never truly felt my skin looked better in the long run. When Microneedling came onto the scene I tried and while I liked it I was still frustrated that I haven’t achieved the same amazing results as others had. Once PRP Microneedling was introduced I tried that too and while I healed more quickly and initially loved the way my skin looked it didn’t take long for me to be left with that same dissatisfaction. Enter Microneedling RF. My girl at Jack Zamora, Brittany raved about the treatment and swore that this was her go-to treatment for her personal acne scars, but with its hefty price tag I continually passed on it. But when it went on special she reached out and I bit.

Starting from treatment one- I felt my face looked a little worse for the first week. She went a little deeper on my face to really break the pitted scars up so in addition to the red face I also got very dry, patchy, scaly looking. I’m using the Skin Medica 360 Post Procedure Kit and that helps stave off the dryness and discomfort.
I was numbed for a good half hour and felt no pain. Sessions are spread out 4-6 weeks apart. You are supposed to see the most improved about three months after your third session, BUT because aging continues it’s suggested you go in once a year to stay looking fresh.
I’m a flight attendant for Delta and this travel pillow has been a game changer when I have to travel. I was using for the longest time one of those u shaped collar pillows I bought from Brookstone but it did nothing to alleviate the pain in my shoulders and neck I would get from flying and working my shifts . I waited a few months to make a review but I can honestly say this machine was worth buying. My wedding was in September and my gown was sleeveless so I was nervous about walking down the aisle and letting my grooms family and mine see my ink. I contacted a few dermatologists in the Santa Barbara area who offered laser tattoo removal but the prices were way out of my budget especially with the huge expense of the wedding so when I saw this laser on Instagram and contacted the company , they sent me the instruction manual and video to use the machine before I bought it to see how it works and after I made the purchase, the support team was there to help me set it up and advise me on how many sessions and which wavelengths to use for my color ink. The nice part about the machine is it can also be used for skincare which I did a couple of treatments on my hands so when we took the wedding pictures of us cutting the cake, my hands looked like they were from a magazine. I’m just starting to use it to touch up my eyebrows so overall it’s been a great experience and I’m completely ink free!
