How Red Light Therapy works:
The health of every organ and every cell in the body depends on energy being produced by the mitochondria in those cells.

Infrared vs Red Light Wavelengths and why you need both:
Infrared light produces a type of energy that your eyes can’t see but senses as heat, much like from the Sun but without any UV dangers.
Infrared Light(850nm) is the longer wavelength and penetrates deeper into the body(up to 4”) and is especially effective for chronic and painful conditions like low back pain and arthritis.
